October 2015 - Zoning Hearings - Glassell Park

The zoning administrator has scheduled hearings for three projects within the Mt. Washington/Glassell Park Specific Plan for the purpose of obtaining testimony from affected and/or interested persons regarding the projects.  The environmental document will be among the matters considered at the hearing.  The decision maker will consider all the testimony presented at the hearing, written communication received prior to or at the hearing, and the merits of the project as it relates to existing environmental and land use regulations.

 

1. 3624 North Kinney Circle: ZA-2014-4158 (ZAD)(SPP) is scheduled for Thursday, October 8th at 9:00a.m

The ZA will be considering permitting the construction, use, and maintenance of a 45’ in height, 2,430 square-foot single family dwelling on 5,721 square-foot lot in the R1-1 zone fronting a substandard hillside limited street that is improved to a roadway width of less than 20 feet.

 

2. 3628 North Kinney Circle - ZA-2014-4161(ZAD)(SPP) is scheduled for Thursday, October 8th at 9:30a.m.

The ZA will be considering permitting the construction, use, and maintenance of a 45’ in height, 2,589 square-foot single family dwelling on 4,970 square-foot lot in the R1-1 zone fronting a substandard hillside limited street that is improved to a roadway width of less than 20 feet.

 

3. 2266 West Moss Ave. - ZA-2014-4424 is scheduled for Tuesday, October 13 at 9:00a.m.

The ZA will be considering allowing reduced side yards of 6 feet, in lieu of the 12 feet otherwise required.  Also project permit compliance for the construction, use, and maintenance of an approximately 2,645 square-foot, three-story, 34-feet 5-inch in height with attached 2-car garage on a 5,712 square-foot hillside property in the RE20-1 zone.

 

The hearings will be held in City Hall, 200 N. Spring St. Room 1020
